2. Site Survey & Final Design Approval
Once you’re happy with the initial design, we conduct a comprehensive site survey. Our team assesses your roof’s structure, electrical connections and any potential shading issues.
At this stage, we:

Finalise the system design and cost.

Submit a DNO (Distribution Network Operator) notification to ensure your system complies with grid requirements.

Check if any permissions are needed (e.g., planning permission for listed buildings or conservation areas).
Once everything is agreed upon, we schedule your installation.
3. Preparing for Installation
To keep the process smooth, we organise scaffolding one week before installation. This ensures safe and easy access to your roof, allowing our team to work efficiently and minimise disruption.
4. Solar Panel Installation
Our expert roofers and electricians handle the full installation process, ensuring a high-quality and durable setup. Here’s what happens on the day:

Roofers securely fit the mounting system to your roof.

Solar panels are installed in the optimal position for maximum efficiency.

Electricians connect the inverter and battery storage (if applicable).

Wiring is completed to safely integrate the system into your home’s electrical network.
Most installations take 1-3 days, depending on system size.
5. System Testing & Handover
Before we finish up, we thoroughly test your solar system to ensure it’s running at peak performance. You’ll receive a comprehensive handover pack, including:

MCS Certificate & DNO documentation for grid connection approval.

Building Control sign-off confirming compliance with UK regulations.

User manuals and warranties for your solar panels, inverter and battery storage (if applicable).
We’ll also walk you through how your system works and answer any questions you might have.
6. Aftercare & Remote Monitoring
