Green Flare is continuing to expand its operations in the exciting renewable energy space.  This means, we have a number of job opportunities that pop up throughout the year.  If you have experience or are interested in growing your skills in designing / installing renewable energy systems, for domestic and commercial jobs in; Solar PV, Solar Thermal, Air Source Heat Pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Batteries, Underfloor heating & EV charging points - then please do reach out to us!

We hire people who typically have the following credentials:   

​

  • Plumbing / Heating / Electrical - level 3 qualification; or working towards.... 

  • Full UK Driving Licence is required to travel to customers in Bristol and the Southwest

  • Comfortable dealing with customers and giving them an excellent customer experience 

  • A genuine interest in Renewable Energy and developing technical knowledge and expertise

  • A good understanding of the technical aspects of renewable energy technologies

  • Have a strong initiative and excellent problem-solving skills

  • Be a strong team player who raises people up and proactively helps out

  • Have a strong work ethic to deliver results and get work completed to deadline

  • Conscientious to deliver high-quality workmanship to maintain our reputation and to avoid inefficiencies 

  • Have high levels of integrity.  We need to be able to trust you to do the right thing
